How long does it take to set up and collect ?

It takes approximately 10 minutes to set up (dependant on the size of the inflatable and access route)and approximately 20 minutes to deflate and pack away.

Please make sure all access routes are clear of all hazards,and the grass is free from toys,animal droppings etc.

What type of surface do i need?

Grass is always the safest;however we do cater for halls.Please contact us for further information.

When will the inflatable arrive /collected?

Skyline Bouncy Castles normally deliver between 9am -12pm.We then collect between 6pm and 8.30pm depending where you live on the route.We cannot give an exact time.If you have an indoor hire at a hall we will deliver to suit the times you need for your party. 

Are the inflatables clean?

All our inflatables are cleaned prior to using them.but if you get it dirty,we will expect you to clean and leave the inflateable in the same condition you received it in.

How much room do i need for my inflateable?

It depends on the size of the inflateable ,but the most important thing is the size of your garden.Generally we ask for two-foot all round the inflateable for safety reasons.

Can you go through house?

We prefer a side entrance or rear access,due to the weight of the inflateables.But if you do not have any of the above ,contact us or state at time of booking and we will make arrangements.

Can adults use the inflatable?

NO Adults,unless you have ordered an inflateable for Adults.It is not approved under Health and Safety guidelines,and also the insurance company prevent this unauthorised use.
